LEGO Mech Wars
Each participant designs and builds their own LEGO battle robot. Teams then compete in engineering challenges — robot soccer, obstacle missions, and collaborative games — earning points for performance and penalties for rule violations.

Teams design and build remote-controlled LEGO race cars, then compete on professional RCP racing tracks. Inspired by Formula 1 and Mario Kart, participants optimize speed, handling, stability, and racing strategy across multiple rounds.

Participants collaboratively build a large LEGO mosaic representing the organization's mission, values, culture, or vision. The finished artwork becomes a permanent display for the company office — a lasting reminder of teamwork and shared purpose.
